Featuring your favorite classes as a kid, Library and Art!

All you need to do is:

  • RSVP
  • Bring your lunch
  • Listen to a fun story by a museum professional
  • Make a themed craft.

In honor of our exhibit Come Together: American Artists Respond to Al-Mutanabbi Street, this month's theme is "Story time in the Middle East" and includes a craft project that explores the strength and fragility of the book.

*****Finding the AA/PG Library:  Please note the AA/PG Library is *not* located in the American Art and Portrait Gallery building; it is one block north of the main museum in the Victor Building. The entrance is at 750 9th St. Be prepared to show a valid ID at the security desk. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor; the AA/PG Library is directly across from the Archives of American Art. Push the buzzer for access to the Library.*****
