A collection of the works of Giovanni Battista Pianciani (1784 - 1862), an Italian Jesuit and lover of physics and the sciences. He was professor of chemistry and physics at the Collegio Romano but later in his life taught theology as well. This collection, which contains four shorter treatises bound together, discusses topics in electricity and meteorology.
