Video Preservation Specialist, AVMPI

Brianna's experience working with artist collections in the non-profit sector led to her work in archives, as well as to her continuing stewardship of complex media. She also researches and writes about the expertise of AV archivists and technicians as a form of cultural knowledge, and is dedicated to preserving the intergenerational communication and skills related to analog technologies in danger of obsolescence. Brianna has worked in a variety of roles that range from large scale digitization initiatives, preservation and restoration projects, as well collection management for community archives.
