Smithsonian Libraries Presents: INDOOR RECESS a lunchtime getaway
November 18th, 12-1pm National Air and Space Museum

Featuring your favorite classes as a kid, Library and Art! All you need to do is:

  • RSVP
  • Bring your lunch
  • Listen to a fun story by a museum professional
  • Make a themed craft 

This month's theme: Aviation! Listen to NASM Librarian Chris Cottrill talk about the Lafayette Escadrille inspired by a newly transcribed journal from WWI and then make paper planes and poppies (first flower to grow back in the trenches)

Meet at the central info desk on the first floor to be escorted to the Briefing Room.
