Alex is a Reference Librarian at the American Art/Portrait Gallery Library. As she was obtaining her undergraduate degree, she interned and volunteered for the Freer | Sackler Library. She answer reference questions, provides instruction and orientations, and manages the Art and Artist Files.
Her background is in art history and Asian studies, particularly South East Asian Buddhist art. Her interests include American history, ancient art, spicy foods, Asian pop music, and becoming the world's leading expert on the Simpsons.
