The Biodiversity Heritage Library (BHL) is an online library featuring open access legacy literature from the Smithsonian Libraries and Archives and a consortium of natural history and botanical libraries, including the Smithsonian's National Zoological Park & Conservation Biology Institute's library.  This guide is intended to make its invaluable resources more accessible for zoo staff across the world.  Be sure to click on hyperlinked terms for more information.
